Originally from South Africa, Emma lived and worked in the United Kingdom prior to relocating to the USA in 2004. As International Sales & Marketing Manager at Messe Frankfurt, she was known for her personable, yet tenacious, approach. Here she managed from ground up over 128 global tradeshows, throughout Asia, Europe and the USA. The largest hosting over 73,000 attendees.

Her exceptional sales and leadership background led to her hiring as Division Director of IT Search at Robert Half Technology. While there, she earned a reputation as “the ultimate closer” and quickly became an officially recognized top producer. Team members admired her recruiting, closing, and leadership style. Her reputation and dedication continued with her in her position as Senior Partner at Lucas Group, where she searched for and placed technology talent and executives nationally.

Though successful, Emma’s true passion really lied within her own core values. She had a strong desire to make a difference in the world, help recruiters, keep a balance between work and life, and give back to the community.

In 2020, she founded ‘Emma’s Foundation, a 501(3)c non-profit organization dedicated to helping children, families and communities reach their full potential by providing tools to overcome childhood sexual abuse and trauma. A portion of all profits generated by TechTalent Squared go to her Foundation, and 100% of those funds are passed directly onto the children and survivors that are served.

When not working, Emma supports various Cancer Awareness causes and offers leadership support to non-profit organizations that support women and children who have been physically abused.
