Passion – (from the Latin verb patī meaning to suffer) is a term applied to a very strong feeling about a person or thing. Passion is an intense emotion compelling, enthusiasm, or desire for anything. At TechTalent we are passionate about the service we provide our clients, candidates and the success and happiness of our employees.
Integrity – stems from the Latin adjective integer (whole, complete). Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes. At TechTalent we believe Integrity is a personal choice, an uncompromising and predictably consistent commitment to honor moral, ethical, spiritual and artistic values and principles
Humility – comes from the Latin word humilitas, a noun related to the adjective humilis, which may be translated as “humble”, but also as “grounded”, “from the earth”. Humility (adjectival form: humble) is variously seen as the act or posture of lowering oneself in relation to others, or conversely, having a clear perspective, and therefore respect, for one’s place in context.
Philanthropy – etymologically means “love of humanity” in the sense of caring for, nourishing, developing, and enhancing “what it is to be human”.
Instances of philanthropy commonly overlap with instances of charity. The difference commonly cited is that charity relieves the pains of social problems, whereas philanthropy attempts to solve those problems at their root causes the difference between giving a hungry man a fish, and teaching him how to fish for himself. TechTalent invests in teaching our candidates how to grow in their careers, whilst helping our clients learn how to retain and develop the talent they have on their teams.
